Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour or 1 cup + 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour & 1/2 cup flax meal
    (recipe calls for 2 cups almond flour, but you could substitute with other flours)
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 3/4 c grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Mix Ingredients together
  2. Spread out on greased pizza stone or pizza dish
  3. Bake @ 350 for 5-8 mins
  4. Take out and add toppings
  5. Bake another 8-12 minutes

For the sauce, we use Whole Foods 365 brand pizza sauce.  For the cheese, we use raw cheese we get from a local farm called Homestead Farms.  You can also find the raw cheese at Whole Foods.
